Our warranties are limited to watches only.  Since we are not an authorized dealer, Multiwatchbrand provides our own warranty for our products.  We offer a two-year limited warranty on most watches unless stated otherwise.  You may also extend your warranty for an additional three years for a one-time fee of $100.  This warranty can be added on over the phone or online when you order.  At the time you purchase your warranty you will receive a warranty card. 

With the warranties you will receive:

  • A faster repair time than your standard watch service shop
  • Repair on any manufacturer defects by our watch experts (manufacturer defects include defects in the movement, battery replacement)
  • A complimentary new battery and reseal on any watch purchased from us
  • Continued watch service at a discounted rate once your warranty expires

The warranties do not cover:

  • Any damage incurred by the user such as damage to the physical appearance, movement, material, etc.
  • Any damage caused by shock or impact, magnetic influence or batteries
  • Any parts that are not manufacturer defects (including but not limited to dials, hands, screws, bezels, etc.)
  • Damages that occur from water or moisture  
  • Any attempt to change or repair the watch not completed by Multiwatchbrand
  • Any damage caused by excessive wear and tear

Any service, alteration, opening or attempted opening of the time piece not completed by Multiwatchbrand will immediately void any warranty coverage.

Any watches that have been in Multiwatchbrand's possession for over one year will be considered abandoned and become property of Multiwatchbrand. 

The watch must be submitted to us prior to the warranty expiration date despite when the defect occurred.  We do not reimburse for any fees or charges for work performed by parties other than Multiwatchbrand.  All warranty service must be completed by Multiwatchbrand.

When shipping your product back to Multiwatchbrand for warranty work, make sure you clearly label the package with the authorization number given to you when you contact customer service at Multiwatchbrand.  Any packages not clearly labeled with the authorization number will be refused.
