How do I know if my item is currently in stock and ready for immediate shipping?

Current stock availability will be indicated on each product page. Items that are currently in stock will be ready for immediate shipping and items that are not currently in stock will take 4-8 weeks to ship unless otherwise noted.

  • There have been no sizing changes.

You will only receive original band name products from us. Our prices are non-restrictive, meaning we are not required to sell at the manufacturer’s suggested retail prices. Since we offer prices lower than the manufacturer's suggested retail price, we are not authorized to offer a manufacturer's warranty. Are batteries included in the watches?

Yes, all of our watches come with a brand-new battery direct from the manufacturer. Every watch is ready to wear at the time of arrival.

Do you sell second hand watches?

No. All of the watches we sell are original from the manufacturer.

How is my watch protected and secured during the shipment process?

Each watch is precisely fit into its own watch box which is then packaged securely with care to be delivered to you.

Are all watches sold by MultiWatchBrand waterproof?

No watch is 100% waterproof, and not all of the watches we sell are water resistant. Please refer to your watch manual to determine if the watch is water resistant and its rating.
